Tandia L. O’Neal, MBA - CEO/Founder

Tandia is the Founder and CEO of Sistah Music Snax Entertainment that works to develop and promote musical artists.  Specifically, emerging hip hop artists who are focused on positive messaging and innovative styles.  Ms. O’Neal’s values of giving back to the community and empowering people to succeed are not only seen within the vision of Sistah Music Snax Entertainment but have an integral part of her life as a social worker for which she dedicated herself to helping her clients gain an entrepreneurial focus and vision. 

Ms. O’Neal is currently an active member of NABFEME (National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment).  She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated. 

Ms. O’Neal holds a degree in Sociology from Fisk University, and a Music Related Industry Certificate from San Francisco State University.  Ms. O’Neal just recently completed her MBA at Holy Names University in Oakland, CA.  Ms. O’Neal is a native of San Francisco where she currently resides with her daughter Tori and son Troy.
